After School Programs

Currently 2 afterschool programs are available: 

  • Martial Arts/ MMA for Youth: Learn the fundamentals and techiques of MMA and obtain the benefits of dicipline and .
  • Strength conditioning and Early wellness exercise education: Teaching your child from an early age the right way to exercise a what types of movements are best for their needs.

Childen are grouped by age ranging from 6 years old and up .

Summer Camp

  • Our summer camp offers diverse activities based on weekly themes to ensure the children are active and having fun
  • As a community health and wellness center, we also have experienced staff to teach students to dance, participate in martial arts and experience the benefits of yoga. 
  • Wide variety of class times to suit your schedule
  • We pride ourselves in exploring the community with the children and frequently venture out to local parks, splash pads, the High Park zoo, the fire hall, local ‘Castle park’, take nature walks in High Park and much more

March Break Camp

  • Our March Break camp runs for one week and offers a wide variety of activities and outings to engage children and encourage fitness throughout the week. 
  • Much like the summer camp we encourage activity and health as our consistent theme but bring special elements to the week. 
  • We incorporate guest appearances from super heroes, winter exploration through high park, dance classes including hip-hop, Pilates and much more.

 System Fitness has been around, servicing our community for over 15 years and we as organization have extended our health and wellness expertise into that of youth programming for the past 6 years.  

Tons of Class Times

Our afterschool program runs from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Drop the kids off or workout yourself while they to stay active!  

Age Appropriate Workouts

 Exercise is about balance. Your child will be put into a group that matches their needs and skill level. We will introduce different forms of exercise but keep things well-rounded with cardio and body movements that will ensure your child is challenged in the right way.

- Every time Alicia supervised my children, it was to the highest standard of care. Alicia is always present for the children and she gives them her full attention. She plays with them, encourages them, creates games and activities. She is always on the ball! Alicia also has great leadership skills that are reflected through her work at the Child Minding Room and with the kids at the Summer camp. Alicia is also a great listener. She takes the time to ask parents if they are satisfied with the care their children are provided and remedies to situations or questions brought to her attention. Alicia is a dedicated caregiver, very professional and hard working. I commend her for her hard work as well.

 Trips to the splash pad

We have 3 amazing parks in our immediate area. The kids love playing in the splash pad on hot days!

Fun and safe... we incorporate different types of martial arts so your child can learn different skills

 Visits to the Firehall

 The kids love learning about what it is firefighters do and playing on the BIG RED TRUCK

Arts and Crafts

With any one of our camps, we believe that broadening your childrens mind through creativity is an absolute must... Painting, tie dye t-shirts, clay creations are just some of the activities your child will enjoy.

Fundamentals Intensive

Spend three hours in a small group setting mastering the fundamental strength training moves.  

March Break

Winter Fun! Our March break camp incorprates outside activities in near by high park where we build forts and go on scavenger hunts. We also have indoor exercise programs such as yoga, dance from around the world and boxing for kids. The day is not complete without challenging your childs creative side through our arts and crafts program and much much more.
