Pro bodybuilders, Olympic athletes, marathoners… I respect all those hardcore fitness devotees (and you'll even find some as my clients ). But I know that's not everyone. I am a trainer best suited for people who want serious fitness changes without having to upend everything else in their busy lives. And want to have a bit of fun while they're at it!
